Are You Dehydrated?

Our bodies are composed of three-quarters water.
Dehydration basically means that your body does not
have enough water for it to function well.

Researchers have suggested that dehydration is at
the core of serious health problems. Some researchers
believe that hydrating the body can help relieve the
symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis.

What are the symptoms of dehydration?

Signs of dehydration are numerous. Energy loss is usually the
first sign of dehydration because the cells lose water first.
Water is a primary driving force of energy production inside
the cells, so even a modest water loss causes a big drop
in energy. For every one percent drop of water inside your
cells energy production is cut by as much as 10%. Other
symptoms of dehydration include:

Fatigue,
Moodiness,
A drained feeling,
Noticeable thirst,
Headaches,
Feeling lightheaded or dizzy,
Rapid heartbeat,
Dry lips and mouth,
Wrinkles and sagging skin,
Infrequent urination,
A dark colored or strong smelling urine,
Digestive problems,
Constipation,
Allergies

What is your verdict?

After reviewing the symptoms above, what is the verdict?
Are you dehydrated? If so, your cells are dying off by the
millions every hour. They cannot excrete the build-up
of waste and toxins that are a natural consequence
of life on earth. If this is the case it will be a formidable
challenge to recover from any chronic condition.

What can I do for myself if I am dehydrated?

Obviously you can drink more water. The bad news is
that drinking more water may not necessarily reverse
chronic dehydration. The good news is that there are
natural remedies you might want to consider.
